The trial period allows you to test the platform with real customers before committing to a paid plan.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you’ll immediately get access to additional features. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All your data, customers, and loyalty programs remain intact when changing plans.

When you approach your plan’s customer limit, we’ll notify you in advance. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional customer capacity. Your existing customers and their loyalty points remain safe – they won’t lose any rewards or data. We never automatically charge you or block new signups without warning.

Yes! Push notifications sent through Apple Wallet and Google Pay are completely unlimited at no extra cost. Unlike SMS which costs $0.01-$0.10 per message, wallet push notifications use Apple and Google’s infrastructure. You can send as many as you want – whether 100 or 100,000 – with no additional fees. SMS messaging is available separately for time-critical communications.

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. You pay only the monthly or annual subscription fee. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. We believe in earning your business every month by providing value, not locking you into lengthy contracts.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your card details on our servers. Annual billing gives you approximately 2 months free compared to monthly billing. For example, the Plus plan costs $59/month ($708/year) or $35/month when billed annually ($420/year) – saving you $288. Annual plans are billed once per year, while monthly plans are billed each month. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to start saving.

Yes! Each plan includes a certain number of locations (Lite: 1, Plus: 2, Corporate: 5). If you need more locations, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional location capacity. All locations share a central customer database, so customers can earn and redeem rewards at any of your locations seamlessly.

No! This is one of our biggest advantages. Customers simply scan a QR code and add your loyalty card directly to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android) – apps they already have on their phones. No app store visits, no downloads, no account creation. This dramatically increases signup rates compared to traditional loyalty apps.

All plans include email support with responses within one business day. Plus and Corporate plans also include live chat support during business hours. We provide comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and setup guides. Corporate plan customers get priority support with faster response times. For complex implementations, we can arrange onboarding calls to help you get started successfully.

Yes! We can help you migrate from your existing loyalty system. You can import your customer list via CSV file, and we’ll help you transfer existing point balances. For larger migrations or complex data structures, our team can provide hands-on assistance. Contact us at hello@loyaltynation.io to discuss your specific migration needs.

You can export all your customer data, transaction history, and analytics before canceling. We provide full data export in CSV format that you can use with other systems. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you plenty of time to export everything you need. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers for your privacy and security.

Push notifications through mobile wallets are completely free and unlimited. Email marketing is included in Plus and Corporate plans. SMS messaging operates on a pay-as-you-go basis since we must pay telecom carriers for each message sent. SMS costs approximately $0.01-$0.05 per message depending on your country. You pre-purchase SMS credits and can track usage in your dashboard.

Yes! The Plus plan includes 3 loyalty programs and Corporate includes 10. You can create separate programs for different product lines, customer segments, or business divisions. For example, a cafe might have one stamp card for coffee, a multipass for sandwiches, and a cashback program for retail products. Each program has its own design, rewards, and rules.
