If you do not remember your account password, there are two steps to follow:
- Go to app.loyaltynation.io and at the bottom of the Login page, click the “Forgot password” link:
This will take you to a new page where you will be able to enter your email. PLEASE NOTE: The email you enter must be the one you have registered in the application. If you do not remember your email, please send a support ticket to support@loyaltynation.io with the subject line “Lost password”.
If you do remember your password, simply fill it on the form mentioned previously, and the system will immediately send you an email to the email you provided with instructions to recover or change your password.
